Highly accomplished and result driven professional with over 28 years of experience in Hospitality and Property Management. Ayse has continuously proven to be an effective manager who is highly proficient across the areas of sales, marketing, guest services and operations. In her role as Managing Director of Just Us, Ayse strives to ensure that she and her team deliver the best possible guest experience and often deals with clients personally.

She’s travelled around the globe organizing events, seminars, launching new properties for high profile international clients.

In her spare time, Ayse runs marathons to raise funds for Cancer Research.
